Our Story - Two Paths, One Mission
Exclusive Supplier's Journey
Working in the wedding industry while also planning our own wedding gave us a unique—and eye-opening—perspective. Seeing the process through a couple’s eyes made us realise just how difficult it must be to know who to book and who to trust.
For us, booking suppliers felt easy. We knew who was safe, trusted, and genuinely recommended. But it raised an important question: how were couples outside the industry supposed to know?
That’s when we decided to bring together a carefully selected group of wedding suppliers, each personally vetted through recommendations we truly trusted. This became our Founders—one or two exceptional companies from each service—and in 2024, Exclusive Suppliers was born.
Couples loved the peace of mind that came with booking one of our Founders, knowing they were protected from scams and unreliable suppliers. But it quickly became clear this was a much bigger issue. Couples needed more than a small collection—they needed a truly safe place to book wedding suppliers with confidence.
One of our Founders introduced us to I Do Magazine, a company already known in the industry for honesty and reliability—and that conversation marked the beginning of something even bigger.

After over fifteen years working with suppliers in the wedding industry, it's safe to say we know a thing or two when it comes what qualifies as a professional, reliable wedding supplier.
Having such a big presence in the wedding industry; from hosting exhibitions and wedding awards, to a published magazine and wedding directory, couples and suppliers regularly seek us out for advice - and we're always happy to help.
The beginning of 2024 began with a crisis that would change everything. At one of our events, we received a panicked call from a supplier—the hair and beauty company booked for a wedding hadn't shown up. She had no alternative but to stay and save the bride's day, doing all the party's hair and makeup herself instead of attending our event to promote her business.
We thought it was a one-off. It wasn't.
This quickly became a trend. Suppliers began calling us regularly, telling us how they'd rescued couples who had been scammed by too-good-to-be-true offers or caught out by booking online without properly checking companies out. That spring, we knew something had to change. Couples needed protection from these devastating experiences.
The Merger of Two Companies
In Spring 2025, our two companies came together to discuss what could be done to give couples a safe place to book with confidence.
We'd arrived at the same conclusion from different directions: couples were being let down, scammed, and left heartbroken on what should be the happiest day of their lives. We both knew the reliable suppliers who go above and beyond. We both understood the industry inside out.
Together, we had the solution.
This is where the Trusted Supplier Network was born—combining I Do Magazine's industry experience and events platform with Exclusive Suppliers' rigorous vetting process and founder network. A place where every supplier is recommended, checked, and trusted. Where couples can book with complete confidence.
