Upon approval, you’ll receive our coveted “Wedding Industry Approved” badge to display across your marketing materials and platforms. This instantly recognizable symbol tells couples they can book your venue with confidence. You will also be listed on the Trusted Suppliers page on this website which will be actively pushed out to engaged couples.

The Criteria:

In order to become an Approved Recognised Venue, there’s a certain criteria required which must be included; these are as follows:

  • 3 recommendations direct from suppliers that could hit the same vetting criteria.
  • 10 x 5 star reviews from couples who have gotten married at your venue within the last year. (Accepted platforms – Facebook/Google/reputable review platforms)
  • A live up to date website is required to validate your company.
  • A minimum of 2 social channels that are updated with content on a regular basis and have been running for at least a year.
  • An up to date copy of your Public Liability insurance

We want to help protect couples and give them peace of mind when planning their wedding. 

What does it cost?

Vetting suppliers takes time and we want to ensure we have completed all checks accurately.

The vetting process costs from £299 for the whole of 2026 PLUS you’ll get the remainder of 2025 free of charge.
